Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is a part-Italian. Cook appeared in her first public service announcement on foster care when she was seven years old. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was 10 years old. She was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
