  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American artist and rapper. His stage name is the combined name of a beloved uncle, with the initials and the first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records in 2012, along with a publishing contract with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint recording contracts with Epic and T.I. He has signed with Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album of full length, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. The mixtape was followed by another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) marked the release of his debut studio album. The single that became his biggest hit, "Antidote", was featured on it. His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) became the first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott released his second album together with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). The album is the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records release the compilation album JackBoys in late 2019. The album was a top contender for the Billboard 200. Scott's hit single "Franchise", featuring Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, was released. Scott was the first artist to make it to the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than one year.
